A massive effort and I can’t thank the team & our supporters enough.
After night 1 we were 15th on points, going into the final we were 9th, this was all out of 108 entrants.
Being just our 5th show for the season & this new car the original aim was to just make the A main (top 16) then move forward. Well we as a team went one better, made the top 10 and found ourselves in 5th at one point in the race just before a restart halfway through the race where we then lost a bit of momentum.
We are absolutely stoked to be able to mix it with the best in the country and come home with a straight car and a really solid result.
I personally can’t thank Bailey & Kali enough. The efforts and time you have both gone to for this car, your faith in me and the support I have received to be able to showcase your businesses doesn’t go unrecognised.
The team…. We had our fair share of little challenges over the weekend from a split radiator hose, an oil leak and forever having me swapping around setup kept the boys busy but every task they absolutely nailed. The car was polished and looking mint every time it hit the track.
To our partners, we can’t do this without you, we live & breathe this sport, it’s our passion and we are so lucky to have you onboard our journey, we truly are thankful.
A massive thankyou to all the AWSR officials & volunteers for such a professional event, the mildura Timmis speedway was once again an incredible place to be.
The car is already washed, maintenance has started as this weekend we go back to B&S Earthworks Timmis Speedway Mildura for the final round of the WOW series 🏁
