- Banyule Flats is getting a new full size pitch - The southern field has now had the cricket pitch removed!
- Yallambie Pavilion is getting brand new changing rooms constructed!
- New goals are on their way, for everyone to share!
- We are also putting in a solution to secure our goals better at Banyule Flats

• Some big news for your Friday arvo 🚨

We welcome Stefan Brecevic to The Bulls 🐂

When your goal is to finish at the top, it's crucial that you're not afraid of heights... and at 195cm we can confirm Stefan has no issues with that at all.

Despite his serious height, Stefan brings a wealth of experience from his time previously across NPL & VPL1 clubs Bulleen, Dandenong City, Bentleigh Greens and Melbourne Knights.

Just the calibre of player we can wait to see in the burgundy of banyule this season leading the team from the back and stopping anything coming his way ⚽️

• Completing our Senior Mens staff for 2026

We welcome in Alex Subotic as Team Manager - We are thrilled to have such a great character amongst the ranks, top bloke and great for the culture of our Senior Mens group.

Returning to The Bulls for 2026 - Our Goal Keeper coach Corey Walters. This will be he second year helping keep the sheets clean and ensuring our last line of defence stays sharp 🧤⚽️

Banyule is glad to have the services of both these men, helping support our squad and our co-coach in striving for success. 🐂

On Sunday evening, one of our Doreen United SC families experienced a devastating tragedy. Our young member, Aleeia, was involved in a horrendous accident and was tragically struck by a speeding car while riding her scooter out the front of her home.

Aleeia has already undergone a six-hour brain surgery and will require further brain surgery in the next 3–5 weeks, along with additional procedures as doctors work to improve her condition. She is currently in an induced coma, and heartbreakingly, the journey ahead will involve many more medical interventions and a long, challenging road to recovery.

As a club, we are reaching out to our incredible DUSC community to rally around Aleeia and her family during this unimaginably difficult time. Any contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference in supporting Aleeia on her road to recovery and easing the burden on her family.

• PACEY's Back 💥

One of the fan favourites at the club - An all round great guy and passionate coach returns for his second season as the Mens Reserve coach.

Pacey is a goal keeper by trade and is a current playing member of our Metro team as well. A true club man. We look forward to seeing him take the next step in his progress with our reserve mens this season. 🐂

• Alain Papiiiiii is a Bull 🐂

We wish Alain a warm Banyule welcome.

If you haven't seen Papi play that's probably because he's too quick. Papi brings some serious pace to our defence, an asset which is uncommon amongst centre back.

We look forward to seeing Papi out there on the pitch in Banyule's burgundy.

This Kiwi brings solidarity and leadership from across the ditch 🇳🇿 to the Bulls' backline this season - We're delighted to announce the signing of Sean Cooper.

Sean joins us from VPL1 club Bulleen Lions - We definitely think he looks better in the burgundy of banyule though. 🐂

Welcome again to the Bulls, We cant wait to see Sean in action this year.

• We are thrilled to welcome back our Senior & Reserve Womens coaches for 2026.

At the helm of our Senior Womens - Dom Schipano is back! After narrowly missing out on VPLW play offs last season, he's eager to achieve success with this group and push for promotion.

Continuing to develop our Reserve Womens - Luke Agostinelli will lead the path with his modern style of play and coaching.

Banyule is proud to have these two running the Womens program - pushing and promoting the women's game at our club and in the community.

Extending a warm bulls welcome to our latest signing for 2026.

Ted spent his youth career climbing the ranks at Stoke City and has just completed his time abroad in the US College system playing NCAA Div1 Soccer across Boston & South Carolina.

We're looking forward to seeing Ted don the Burgundy of Banyule in 2026
