I have always had a passion for staying fit and getting to places via my own power. Until about 8 months ago that was via running or by bike. Unfortunately due to nerve compression in my neck and back , from a lifetime of tennis, cycling, running and triathlons ,my days of r
unning on hard surfaces and cycling great distances are over. To be honest I became very depressed and was focused on all the things I could not do. Luckily a mind set change to looking for what I could do found me on the KickBike Australia website and with some encouragement from my physio I spoke with Bruce Cook from Kick Bike Australia and the rest is history. I have ridden just under 35000
km on my ScooterBike with my longest ride to date is 100 km. This is the fittest I have ever been and I wish that I had known about the ScooterBike 20 years ago as a general fitness tool and as cross training for my tennis , running and cycling. I believe that riding a ScooterBike is the best low impact high cardio activity I have ever done. People who really know about fitness seem to think so as well, 8 AFL Teams, 3 Rugby Union Teams and Hockey Australia use ScooterBikes as a training and injury rehab tool. I can see why. I have had so much interest from people of all ages as I have ridden the bikes paths that I have decided to provide the opportunity for others to experience the fun and fitness that a ScooterBike provides. Don't take my word for it come and try it for yourself. I hire ScooterBike for both Adults and Children on an hourly, half day, daily and weekly basis if you just want to do your own thing or if you want some extra guidance and to be able to ride paths and areas not available to hourly hire customers, get a group of 4 -6 people together and book your weekly group tour/work out at a time that suits you . I also sell the KickBike brand of ScooterBike so if your hire experience turns into a long term passion I can help you own your own. They are addictive. Sure you can get fit by swimming , running and cycling but if you want to get really fit ride a ScooterBike. I hope to meet you soon:)

Loves boating and fishing having started a Fishing Charter from scratch with his brother in law. One daughter, two ex wives and one current wife. :)
