🔑 New check in readers have been installed on the front door.

After months of our old faithful pin pad dying, the replacements have now been installed.

All of the usual check in methods will still work:
- PIN number ✅
- fob/tag ✅
- Bluetooth using the GymMaster app ✅

🛎️ reminder that each individual member must check in separately, no tailgating.

We are aware that the keypad on the door is becoming increasingly difficult to use. To continue to have hassle free access, we encourage you to download the GymMaster app.

Log into the app using your email address that you originally used to sign up with, and the GymMaster app will give you access via Bluetooth.

The app also allows you to
🏋‍♀️ Update your account details
🏋‍♂️ Track your gym visits
🏋‍♀️ Place your account on hold
🏋‍♂️ Change your membership type
🏋‍♀️Cancel your membership

We apologise for this inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we work to fix the door keypad.

A big thank you to our maintenance team who have got our broken treadmill back up and “running”🏃

🗳️ Early results of our recent survey show a big demand for additional treadmills for our busiest periods. So we’ve reshuffled the cardio equipment and will keep four treadmills available.

Thanks to the team at Mercury Business Supplies, our internet is back up and running as of this afternoon. If you have tried to sign up over the last 48 hours, the system will now give you entry.

Again, we apologise for any inconvenience this interruption causes.

Unfortunately due to an internet outage affecting multiple businesses in town, we are unable to accept new memberships at this time.
We are working on getting this restored as soon as possible, or finding a work around.

✅ Existing members with current memberships will still be able to access the facility.
⛔️ New members or existing members that have renewed their membership since yesterday will be unable to enter until the system is restored.
