πEOI - CCCA U15 Female Representative Cricket π
As part of the Female Representative Program the CCCA has a commitment to creating opportunities for female cricketers to experience Representative Cricket. The opportunity to play with and against their age peers. There are 3 Competitions
We are now seeking Expressions of Interest for players for the CCCA U15 Female Representative Cricket squad. https://forms.gle/CbAAtrttjdTGoDF98
Purpose - U15s is a structured Representative Cricket program and is the gateway for aspiring players to reach higher levels of cricket. The squad will be building to be ready to play their best cricket in the Country Youth Championships.
Coaches - The Head Coach is Julia de los Reyes, who will be supported by Ben Shaw, Brit de los Reyes and Michael Phillips.
The squad will be taking part in three separate representative competitions:
(1) Greater Hunter Rep Competition - In conjunction with the Newcastle Cricket Zone and Maitland, a regional competition will be run with teams from Maitland, Newcastle, Central Coast and Lake Macquarie. The draft dates for that Competition are as follows:
8th November β 2 x T20 Games (Maitland)
15th November β 2 X T20s Games (Central Coast)
22nd November β 2 x T20 Games (Maitland)
(2) Western Carnival. U13 Girls carnival - This is a highly popular carnival played in the great facilities of Orange. Being played 4th January to 7th January 2027 (Orange)
(3) Country Youth Championships - This is the CNSW run major carnival event of u15s female players. This is the gateway to the CNSW Pathways program via u16s State Squad selection. Being played 19th January to 21sty January 2027 (Dubbo)
Age Eligibility - Players who are under 15 years of age on 31st August 2026. ** However please note that players who are already 15 as at 31/8/26 may be considered to take part in the Greater Hunter Rep Competition on a case-by-case basis so we still encourage them to express interest.
Selection Process - A training squad will be selected to cover the 3 carnivals and each carnival the selection panel will select the squad for that competition. The squad will be selected by a panel of selectors with a strong knowledge of the players and the female game.
Players will be notified of their selection and required to register to accept their selection.
Squad Training - The selected squad will train in the lead up to the competitions with the date and times to be determined.
Carnival Costs - final carnival costs per player are yet to be confirmed, however indicative costs at this time are as follows:
* Greater Hunter Rep Competition - $50/player
* Western NSW Carnival - $175/player
* Country Youth Championships - $175/player
The EOI will close Monday 16th September 2026 at 5PM.
