Wednesday 6PM Adults All Levels is now officially the Wednesday Warrior Class.

Last night, the team went through nonstop 5-minute rounds for a full hour — punches, kicks, pressure, and pace the whole way through.

This clip shows the kick burnout:
1 kick in minute one,
2 kicks in minute two,
all the way up to 5 kicks by the final minute.

No music. No effects. Just hard work.

By the end, everyone was exhausted but nobody stopped pushing.
Proud of every single person in the room.
