We are back at Springwood State High for swimming.

Our other superstar junior is Charlotte. In her final nationals she once again lifted, overcoming some serious nerves on the bike as the rain belted down. The first pump says it all, she smashed it to claim gold and we are super proud of her.

Its been a big week of racing for our juniors stars at the school sport national titles.
First up we have Caleb who got faster with every race. He took his body to another level and he only narrowly missed out on third in the B final. We are super proud of him and know that he is only going to get better.

The Logan men are a bit tired, patiently waiting for the teams race before they collapse and sleep.

At Logan we have always put a big emphasis on personal bests. However it's important to acknowledge some exceptional athletes from our juniors who have made the Queensland team.
First up is Charlotte, a veteran of our sport, she saved a great performance for her last state titles. She finishes as the state champion in the senior multiclass category.
Second we have Caleb, at his second state titles he has had an amazing race to make the state team in the junior category.

It has been a frantic two days of exciting racing at Hervey Bay for the School sport state title .

We had 3 in the South Coast Team and 4 in the Met East Team. They all represented their schools and regions with pride and we are super proud of them.

This event brings out the best in kids and makes them lift to new levels and build resilience and confidence that helps them beyond the sport of triathlon.

Well done to all the little logan legends

Jumping on the #2016 trend with a throwback to the Christmas ride - can anyone spot any familiar faces?

Nearly Christmas and time to add a few tri-festivities. Our traditional Xmas ride saw some decorated bikes and riders, followed by volunteering for pacer week at Meadowbrook parkrun.
