Classes include,
Kids classes Mon n Wed 5pm
Adult Class Mon n Wed, Thur 6 pm
Ladies only Muay Thai Tue n Fri 6pm
Teenage Muay Thai Tue n Thur 5pm
Fighter training daily/nightly Adult and kids
Sparring every Sat Adults/ Kids Sundays
Muay Thai, Boxing , MMA and Strength n Conditioning
