Selah Sanctuary Pause, rest, restore. Selah Sanctuary is a place to seek rest and restoration through massage therapy and yoga. Located in a home studio in Loftus.

About Libbie:

Libbie completed a Diploma of Health Science, Massage Therapy from Loftus Tafe in 2003. Libbie has worked as a Remedial Massage Therapist around Sydney, Australia for Spa Chakra, Sheraton on the Park, Aveda Day Spa, Inspa and currently works at In Balance Wellness Studio. Libbie completed a 230 hour Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Center of Minneapolis in 2016. Libbie has gone on to complete two 50 hour advanced teacher trainings with Creature Yoga, Byron Bay. Libbie has also completed Level 1 and 2 of Kids Yoga Teacher Training with Yoga Kids Training Academy. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY :

Relaxation Massage 30 min/60 min/ 90 min $30/$60/$90

Pause, clear the mind and completely relax as you receive this massage using a mixture of Swedish, Thai and Hawaiian techniques. Pregnancy Massage 30min/60min $30/$60

Available during second and third trimester, pregnancy massage can help quiet the mind and restore the body. Remedial Massage 30 min/ 60 min/ 90 min $40/ $80/ $120

Prefer deep massage or concerned with knots or chronic pain and discomfort? Book in for a remedial massage. Hot Stone Massage 30 min/60 min/90 min $35/$70/$105

Allow the heated stones to carry you away to serenity. The heat infused stones increase blood flow helping speed repair to sore and damaged muscles.

Hard to believe it was 13 years ago today that I opened Selah Sanctuary— offering Massage Therapy from my home.

Over the years, this small business has had its ebbs and flows, starts and pauses.
10 years ago I added Yoga from our home space welcoming clients of all ages and abilities into Kids Yoga, Teens Yoga, Yoga Flow and Yin Yoga and Meditation classes.

It’s been a year with the new free standing Selah Sanctuary Studio and 100’s of massages later.

Thank you to all who have supported me along the way.
