My Stratum Star c**t that I bred out of my Thunder Gulch mare who herself is out of Charming x Sir Tristram..and Charming is out of Captivation by Vain.
I cannot see a fault in this c**t who takes after his sire Stratum Star..great conformation..great legs..good head with lovely soft big eyes and a wonderful temperament.He has wonderful movement and glides over the ground..racing every day with my other Stratum Star c**t..who is a half brother to Master Albert racing in Hong Kong that I also bred and raised.
Weaning both c**ts next week and both dams have done an outstanding job considering the terrible drought they were born into.
I called him Sailor as soon as I helped him out of his dam as all the white reminded me of the billowing sails above me on our VJ that I used to sail years ago in Yowie Bay🐎💖

Both c**ts weaned very well and are very intelligent..handling well..pick up all their feet..brush them all over and they are leading very well...great temperaments..branded vaccinated and wormed and are eating everything that is put in front of them..into their paddock next week during the day and back into their stables at night...very pleased with them both🐎🐎💖💖

Both c**ts are out in their paddock during the day now...and both loving it...walk straight into their stables late afternoon..and they are that intelligent that they know their own stables and walk into them. Great to see them out again running with sun on their backs...video on FB🐎🐎💖💖

Both c**ts are growing well and race each other around the paddock each morning and very competitive after they are let out of their stables..both as fast as each other but each has his own action
One big striding and will go over distance in my opinion and the other will be a sprinter I feel like Stratum..anyway very happy with both and very happy horses that run up to me for a hug and a scratch as soon as I walk into their paddock 🐎🐎💖💖

Destiny's Hero finally broke through and won Benchmark 70 over 1600m at Kembla Grange after running 3 close seconds and a 4th..so far this prep.amazing what a change in jockeys can do
Christian Reith rode him and won by around 2 L hands and heels ride basically coming from near the tail.Christian has now won on Sony's dam Belle Of New York and his half sister Little Red Shoes..a wonderful underrated jockey..and Jason Coyle my trainer who always turns out his horses in perfect condition..as was Sony who looked amazing..
With Christian riding who knows what the future will bring but I know it will be good..watch this space..to be continued

Destiny's Hero(Sony) home with me on my stud Helden Park Stud for a long earned spell after running a gutsy 2nd with Kathy O'Hara aboard.
At Randwick on the Kensington track..2nd last at the 600m 8 to 10 lengths behind the leader but pulled out to the outside and said let's go and passed the whole field.except the leader..favourite included..to run a long neck to the winner.
So proud of you beautiful boy who gave it your all..10th run this prep taking your winnings to just over the $128,000 mark..even still gaining on the winner over 1550m..1600m might have seen a different result with him overtaking the winner!..just taken your winnings total past your little sister's..my beautiful Little Red Shoes who has won $104,000..so proud of you and your dam Belle Of New York whose other 2 beautiful girls Starlet's Quest x Stratum.(hamstring injuries in training with David Pfieffer) and My Glamour Girl x Beneteau(bitten by a Tiger Snake and lucky to save her)..
But both will breed beautiful foals as they are stunning types as is their mother Belle Of New York(named her after a musical that my mother who was an actress and a beautiful soprano played the leading role)..and purchased her from Sir Patrick Hogan as a yearling filly...so proud of all my horses who have all won races for me (that have not been injured) Henny's Lass (who I bred out of Steinway Lass x Henny Hughes..and I purchased her dam as a yearling at Karaka in NZ also)and Little Red Shoes both winning their hat tricks..love you all💖🐎

Destiny's Hero has had a long break and will be returning to the road back to racing very shortly..jumping out of his skin and galloping everywhere in his paddock.. just because he can..he has matured even more and looks amazing..beautiful boy..very happy horse🐎💖

Sony is back in work after spelling with me at Helden Park Stud his birth place.. with Shane Rose..one of the Best who broke him in as a 2 year old...he is working well and full of beans..beautiful boy🐎💖

Sony will be back to Warwick Farm next week after pretraining with Shane Rose and going well happy and has put on weight..very pleased with his maturity..trialing soon beautiful boy🐎💖

Sony...my 2 yr old Helmet gelding that is in training with Greg Bennett..now with Jason Coyle with Greg's retirement....blood relation to Destiny's Kiss who just won the Listed Christmas Cup back to back..ridden by Josh Parr...also Emerald City who just won 3 straight in Qld...and other winners in the family..Miss Scarlatti who won the Oaks....
He is out of Belle Of New York..by Stravinsky out of Starzeel..one of Sir Patrick Hogans best broodmare line.
She has already bred a winner of over $40,000 in 3 preps Little Red Shoes..spelling with me at the moment on my stud.
Update: on my Little Red Shoes June 2019..she has now won over $100,000 in prize money while turning 7 years of age..and also winning her hat trick late last year..spelling with me now home on my stud Helden Park Stud.
All my babies I have bred and raced or sold and raced ..without injury have won races...some can be viewed on my web site under videos..www.heldenparkstud.com.au
1 share left at $5,500 incl gst...for 10% share in him.
Greg is very excited about him and has been riding him himself..and also Shane Rose who broke him in.
