Sometimes I have to stop and remind myself just how special my little community has become. 🤎
I started this little dream with a vision, a whole lot of hope, and the most incredible support system of friends and family backing me every step of the way.
They believed in SSC before it was anything more than an idea in my head, and I will forever be grateful for the people who encouraged me to take the leap and bring this vision to life.
And now, that support system has grown into an entire community.
To every single person who walks through my doors, thank you.
Owning a small business comes with plenty of ups, downs, late nights, worries and moments of wondering if I’m doing enough or if im enough… but then I walk into a class, hear the laughter, see you all supporting one another and remember exactly why I started.

For celebrating my wins
For sticking beside me as SSC continues to grow.
But more than anything, thank you for trusting me.
You trust me with your bodies, your health, your movement and your wellbeing every single day and that is something I will never take for granted.
You allow me to be part of your good days, your hard days, your pregnancies, postpartum journeys, injuries, milestones, confidence building and everything in between.
SSC was never created to just be somewhere you come for a workout. I wanted it to be somewhere you could walk through the doors exactly as you are. Somewhere you feel comfortable, supported and like you belong.
Watching friendships form, confidence grow and people become stronger not just physically, but within themselves is something I feel incredibly lucky to witness.
What began as my little dream has become something so much bigger than I ever imagined, and that is because of all of you.
You are the reason I get to live this dream.
