West Sydney Pirates West Sydney Pirates are an American Football Club based in Southwest Sydney.

The West Sydney Pirates field teams in both the Division 1 (over 19's) and Colts (16 to 19 year old) competitions in the Gridiron NSW League.

2022 marks the Club's 37th Anniversary season making it the 3rd oldest Club in NSW and one of the most established Club’s in the country.

Andrew Doyle played from 1990 to 2000 and was a big part of the Pirates during that time, setting records and doing whatever was needed to help the team.

He's entrenched himself as one of the best players in Pirate football history.

Wednesday night we kicked off the 2026 season at Durrant Oval and it was a great first hit out. New faces, familiar ones, and plenty of football.
