Basketball NSW's U13 Skills Days are designed for players transitioning between top-age U12s (2015) and bottom-age U14s (2014), providing quality coaching and athlete education during a key stage of their development.

Led by experienced Basketball NSW coaches, athletes will develop the Super 6 core skill areas while building confidence, game understanding, and strong basketball fundamentals in a supportive learning environment.

Open to players from both Metro and Country NSW, regardless of playing experience.

As most of you will now know, Jill Marjoram has retired from Lithgow Basketball after many, many years.
I’d just like to take a couple of minutes to publicly say a very sincere thank you to Jill for everything she has done for Lithgow Basketball.
Jill has been Secretary to the Directors for the entire time I’ve been a Director, which goes back to 2016 — and she was doing the job well before I came along.
I don’t think most people could ever fully appreciate just how much work Jill has done behind the scenes over all those years.
Even outside representative season, the workload was significant. But once rep season came around, it becomes enormous.
There are registrations, correspondence, meetings, paperwork, organising teams and competitions, answering questions, sorting out problems — and countless other things that most of us probably never even knew were happening.
And that's the thing about someone like Jill. When the job is done well, people often don’t see the work behind it. Things just happen. But they only happen because someone has put in the hours and made sure everything gets done.
Jill, you have given an extraordinary amount of your time and energy to Lithgow Basketball and to all the players, families, coaches, managers and Directors who have benefited from your work over the years.
On behalf of the Directors thank you for everything you have done for Lithgow Basketball.
It has been greatly appreciated, even if we probably haven’t said it often enough.

The Leeanne Palmer Country Development Program (CDP) Camps for the remainder of 2026 are now open for registrations.

Designed for regional athletes, the camp provides an opportunity to sharpen skills, strengthen fundamentals, and build confidence ahead of the upcoming representative season.

Open to boys and girls in the U14, U16 and U18 age groups (born 2009–2014), the camp will feature high-quality, structured sessions delivered by experienced coaches in a supportive and challenging environment.
