End of a chapter 📕

As Vanguard Fitness reaches its 8th anniversary i will sadly be closing the doors on what has been a life changing time for myself as well as countless others.

I’d like to thank every single person that has walked through the doors of my gym over this time.
There’s been some sensational highs as well as the obstacles that have had to be overcome.

I hope that I have Instilled some lifelong value to each of you through movement and health.
I hope your journey continues towards owning your own health. Creating a path leading to lifelong habits that allow you to enjoy life and look after yourself as well as those around you for as long as you are walking this 🌏

Rule 1 - Eat foods that have no ingredients other than itself!
Eg. Meat, eggs, fish, chicken, dairy (real butter / milk / yoghurt), fruit, vegetables, nuts, salt, water. (Coffee is ok)

Rule 2 - Focus on protein first, don’t over eat but if you keep wanting to snack you aren’t eating enough satiating food!

Rule 3 - if you’re hungry and it’s real food. Eat it.
Cut the chemicals, sugars, processed stuff completely!

Rule 4 - Strive for consistency not perfection. If you fall off reset and go again!

**This is a sure fire way to kick start yourself into better eating habits. Lose some fat
Reduce cravings
Lower inflammation
It’s also a great opportunity to learn what food is untouched and what is modified with additives, sugars, oils etc

Our sincere condolences to his brother and all his family. To all his friends and competitors.
From afar he was inspiring with his happiness and support of everyone even though he was a driven competitor.
The highlight for him was his brother Luka making the CrossFit Games.
There is no right or wrong way to process this.

Today was our opportunity to complete a workout he wrote in his honour 🙏🏼
