Sometimes I’m just out here playing around like I’m in the gym alone— testing new ways to engage the athletes, keep things fun, and spark belief.

I love this part of coaching — thinking, creating, and finding new ways to bring energy to the gym and challenge the athletes to be okay with new and better through uncomfortable new ideas. I never want to be a sideline coach preaching but not showing,

Every idea, every rep, every smile builds connection and confidence.

They need to know we are in this together!

Basketball should feel like growth and joy. When the coach has fun, the athletes feel it too. 💡🏀
