At Mum & Co, it’s never just about the workout. It’s about connection, confidence, and having a space where you don’t have to choose between looking after yourself and being there for your kids. You can do both — and you don’t have to do it alone.

Today was Day 1 of Term 2 - and one of those days where we had big kids and little kids playing ...and watching on as mums take an hour for themselves.

THIS is the beautiful community we talk about!! (yet most days in the chaos of it all, we struggle to capture)

So grateful for every single mum who attends our sessions and makes this community what it is 💜🩷
