We can now OFFICIALLY announce we are expanding! F-Fitness will soon be a dual site gym with our new premises in Goonellabah!
We will share more information in the coming weeks but we are EXCITED to be expanding in the Northern Rivers Area and offer our current and new members so much more!

It’s been an absolute honour to serve the local community and to do what I love for the last 20 years. There have been so many friendships made and beautiful memories created that I will always cherish.
It is with mixed emotions that I announce that I am selling the land/building and fitness business known as Summit, effective tomorrow.
Summit has enjoyed 20 years of success because we’ve been blessed with wonderful members and staff that have all embraced the same positive inclusive culture. It’s been an incredible journey that we have all shared together and I thank everyone that has been a part of the Summit family. We created something special together. A family-friendly place where all people feel welcome. A place for women to train and feel comfortable. A place where kids develop a love of swimming. A place to laugh, love, and enjoy.
I will miss the chats over coffee in the morning. I’ll miss the fun of teaching fitness classes. I’ll miss all the friendly sweaty faces. It’s been an absolute privilege to share that with you all. I’ve made so many great friends, many that I will always regard as family.
Summit WILL continue to operate the pools including swim lessons, Aqua and lap swimming. That is, all swim lessons will stay with us and Aqua memberships and swim memberships will remain customers of Summit. We will rebrand as Summit Swim and Aquatic – more on that in the coming days. All current gym memberships will be honoured and transfer to the new owner as of October 1st – more information coming.
