💪 TRAINING – 45 minutes a day, 4 days a week in the gym. Stay consistent, stay focused!
🍽️ FOLLOW A MEAL PLAN – Use any plan you prefer; if you don’t have one, let us know, and we’ll set you up with a free nutrition guide.
📞 CHECK INS – Not only will you have an accountability partner and the coaching staff, but this time, we’re adding an online platform so we don’t lose focus halfway through.
🕺WEEKLY CHALLENGES- Each week, you’ll tackle a new challenge, and there’s a bonus prize for one outstanding individual each week. Let’s keep that fire burning!
