The Carngham Linton Football Netball Club has five football and six netball teams that compete at senior and junior level in the Central Highlands Football Netball League. The club was formed back in 1969 through the amalgamation of Carngham and Linton Football Clubs, which each dated back to the 1870’s. The Saints have since become one of the most successful football netball clubs in country Vict

oria. Since the Carngham Linton Football Netball Club was first formed, the club has enjoyed significant on-field success across three different leagues. With a total of 17 senior football premierships and record levels of success across all grades in the previous Western Plains and Lexton Plains Leagues. The Carngham Linton Football Netball Club strive for excellence in all that we do, and attempt to reach our greatest potential as sportspersons and community members. Honesty, respect, friendship, support, team pride, integrity, social responsibility, effort and self-improvement are key values of our club. Senior Football Premierships -

Club Announcement – Clayton Scoble ❤️🤍🖤

After discussions with the club, Clayton has advised that he will not seek to continue as senior coach into 2027 and beyond.

Since joining Carngham Linton in 2020, Clayton has overseen one of the club's most important periods of growth and development.

Navigating the challenges of the COVID-affected years, he guided the senior team from the bottom of the ladder to its inaugural finals appearance in the Central Highlands Football Netball League in 2023.

Clayton has helped establish a strong foundation after one of the most difficult periods in the club’s history.

His commitment to and leadership of the club have been enormous during this period.

Whether it be the countless hours preparing for and driving to training sessions and games, umpiring the juniors, helping out in the canteen or attending junior functions Clayton has always been striving to improve the club’s performance and its culture both on and off the field.

Initiatives like the “Buddy/Cody Day” and the strong commitment to a “one club” vision, incorporating all grades , football & netball is a great legacy that he leaves alongside his great coaching achievements for which the CLFNC family will always be enormously grateful.

The Club extends its sincere thanks to Clayton and Melissa for everything they have given to the club and wishes them every success for the future.

A special congratulations to Ned Nash, who earned a spot in the 2026 CHFL Team of the Year. What a fantastic achievement and recognition of an outstanding season.

📣 2027 CLFNC JUNIOR NETBALL COACHING POSITIONS

Carngham Linton FNC is seeking expressions of interest for the following junior netball coaching positions for the 2027 season:

❤️ 17 & Under Netball
🤍 15 & Under Netball
🖤 13B & Under Netball

We are looking for passionate and supportive coaches who can help develop our junior players, build confidence and skills, and create a positive team environment.

If you’re interested in being part of our junior netball program in 2027, please submit your expression of interest/resume to our Netball Director, Allison Clack, at [email protected].

Applications close within two weeks – Tuesday 8 September 2026.

We’d love to hear from anyone interested in helping develop the next generation of Saints!
