Every effort is made to create specialised programs for our clients that are varied, enjoyable, challenging yet achievable. The services that Alive offer our clients are as follows:

Personal Training:
We offer one-on-one, two-on-one and three-on-one sessions. At these ratios it allows the training to be focused solely on the individual(s) goals and their outcomes. The stations vary each week, but

they all involve upper and lower body strength, muscular endurance as well as a big focus on cardiovascular and functional fitness. Popular with corporate groups and friends. We cater from 6-12 people. Pre and Post Natal Fitness:
Exercise Programs specifically designed to make the transition from pregnancy and early childhood as easy, safe and enjoyable as possible. Refer to the specific page for more detail. Children’s Fitness:
Allow your child the chance to further develop their sports skills and fitness through Alive. Watch your child’s confidence and self-esteem grow as they improve. We also train children and adolescents who are trying to improve their lifestyle and lose weight or have certain conditions that need specific attention.
