We are supper excited to announce some changes to our kickboxing program this year.
The main changes are to our Tuesday night and Monday night class which will now start at 7:30pm
Over January we will only bring running the 2 classes
Tuesday 7:30pm-8:30pm
Thursday 7:00pm - 8:00pm
Classes resume this Tuesday 8th January
Monday nights will be back in February
