Since returning to training, Craig has been a fantastic example of what can happen when you commit to showing up consistently and putting in the work.
Week after week.
Session after session.
He keeps turning up and getting it done ๐Ÿ’ช

One of the things that stands out most about Craig is the positive energy he brings to the studio.
He's always up for a chat, always happy to have a laugh, and always makes those around him feel welcome.

But Craig's impact goes beyond his own training.
He's the type of member who helps lift the people around him.

If you are like most people then you would probably choose the million dollars, right?

Brett is someone who turns up week after week and gives nothing less than his best.
In fact, if you've ever trained alongside him, you'll know that 100% effort isn't quite enough for Brett...

Take a moment to think about that.
