💙 A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR SWIM SCHOOL FAMILY 💙

We would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of our wonderful swim school families for your patience and understanding as we transition through this period of growth and change.

Over the past few weeks, Al and Ingrid have been assisting more frequently in Karina’s absence as we work towards fully establishing our new routine.

We are now operating seven days a week, with Al, Ingrid, and Karina sharing shifts. This allows us to offer families greater flexibility with regular swimming lessons, as well as additional opportunities to utilise make-up lessons.

Karina will continue to be present in the pool. We are simply working to achieve the right balance to support the continued growth of the swim school while maintaining the small, personalised lessons that are at the heart of what we do.

Thank you for your ongoing support during this next stage. We truly value our swim school community.

💙 A Heartfelt Thank You 💙

To all of our amazing families and swimmers, thank you so much for your continued support, trust, and encouragement.

As Karina's Swim School continues to grow, you may notice a few changes. Growth means welcoming more qualified instructors to our team, with each of them bringing their own unique skills, experience, and teaching style. This gives our swimmers the opportunity to learn in different ways while still receiving the same care, encouragement, and high-quality lessons that our swim school is known for.

I'm incredibly excited about what the future holds. Watching this little dream grow into something so special has been an amazing journey.

With that growth comes a new chapter for me. To continue building and supporting the swim school, I'll gradually be stepping out of the water more often so I can focus on managing, mentoring our instructors, and ensuring every family continues to have the best possible experience.

While you may not see me in the pool as much, I'll always be around and available to answer questions, support our families, and help wherever I can.

Thank you for believing in us and being part of this journey. We couldn't do it without you, and we're so excited for everything that's still to come. 💙

As our little swim school continues to grow, we're thrilled to welcome Kelly to the team as our new Administration Manager!

As many of you know, our swim school has grown so much over the last five years. What started with a pen and a piece of paper has become something truly special, and bringing Kelly on board means we can continue providing the best possible service to all of our wonderful families.

You don't need to do anything. Kelly will simply have access to our booking system and communication platforms so she can assist with enquiries and day-to-day admin. You'll likely see replies from both of us, all working together to keep everything running smoothly.
