Stricter social distancing measures have been announced today, which will see all non-essential services including GYMS CLOSE across New South Wales and Victoria by Tuesday 24 March 2020.

With safety as our number one priority, Fitness Australia continues to follow the guidelines set out by the state and federal governments.

We understand that outdoor exercise IS STILL PERMITTED with self-distancing measures being adhered to – including ensuring a 1.5m distance between all people.

Fitness Australia CEO Barrie Elvish tells Australians that it is STILL SAFE TO EXERCISE OUTDOORS provided social distancing measures were in place.

“Exercise is still safe. The great outdoors is still safe with social distancing in place. Moving your regular training sessions outside will ensure you can still keep your regular routine while protecting yourself during this time,” Mr Elvish said.

Listen to you body and our heart.

• If you don't listen to your dissatisfaction, he/she speaks to you with headache
• If you don't listen to your anger, he/she speaks to you with gastritis
• If you don't listen to your fear, it speaks to you with constipation
• If you don't listen to your desire to say "no", he/she speaks to you with stomach disorders
• If you don't listen to your passion, he/she speaks to you with an infection
• If you don't listen to your creativity and talent, they talk to you with weight increase
• If you don't listen to your affectivity, he/she speaks to you with dermatitis

If you don't listen to your spirituality, he/she speaks to you with the body... who gets sick!
We should never forget, never to listen to us...
Any emotion not listened to leaves a sign on the body!

In less than a decade, kale has gone from a garnish on salad bars to a staple item in salads, smoothies, and side dishes across the US. It's been turned into chips, crushed into powder, and added to popular items like popcorn and soda.

This is just a reminder to not follow everything you see on you tube,  instagram or FB, there's NO one diet for everyone...

This is just a reminder to not follow everything you see on you tube, instagram or FB, there's NO one diet for everyone, NOT all fitness programs suit all, NOT all supplements some ppl advertise are good to everyone!
When starting a new eating plan or a new exercise routine PLEASE please PLEASE make sure you get the help of a qualified nutritionist and a qualified personal trainer, that if you don't want to end up with real serious health issues like this chick. I repeat, NOT all fitness programs suit ALL, NOT all eating plans suits all. I wish this woman a quick recovery, I also hope she comes out and explain even more to all her followers what really happen and to kindly ask them to stop following her advice as she only ended up getting sick from living with that kind of lifestyle.......
