💪🏼We are taking on The Push-Up Challenge this year

🏁The Challenge is to complete 3,214 push-ups in 23 days (June 4-26)

🤝Our chosen charity is Lifeline, one of the beneficiaries of this year’s The Push-Up Challenge. Together, Lifeline and The Push-Up Challenge, aim to raise awareness about mental health and the impact of su***de on Australians.

💪🏼One week to go…

Heya FitFam…

We’re doing 3,307 push-ups in 24 days as part of The Push-Up Challenge to raise awareness and funds for mental health in Australia.

This target represents the 3,307 people who died by su***de in Australia in 2024 (the most recent stats).

You can push for better mental health too by donating to my fundraising page and supporting this important cause:

Funds raised will go to Lifeline Bondi NSW to support much-needed mental health services and initiatives in Australia.

Count the memories, not the calories.

One thing I’ve learnt through the years is to enjoy life.

You work hard enough as it is and you get your diet on point and unless you’re prepping for a show etc, live life and enjoy the food you eat with friends and family while you’re away.

You’ll remember the meals you shared and the laughs you had than the calories and macros you had to calculate and complicate your holiday with.

End of the day, dial it back when you get home. Because unless you’re not doing some form of physical activity while you’re away, you will only gain a small amount.

Eat the damn cake!
