As you can all clearly see in this lot, that a Horse named Lacey(unregistered) was on the list from Ms Hausler to my Step Father when an Inspection from Racing Victoria Equine Welfare Representatives & a Racing Victoria registered Veterinarian on the 14th January 2026. Still to this date I have not heard from Racing Victoria Integrity Steward Mr Rob Montgomery, Racing Victoria’s Integrity Liaison Mr Frank De Rango or Racing Victoria’s Equine Welfare Representatives in regards to asking them to conduct an audit of Ryland Thoroughbreds as I could not legally attend to which Racing Victoria are well aware of after consultation with my Barrister Ellie. Once again Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd are in External Administration as per legal documents from ASIC. As per the date stamp on the documents. So how & why are they still in Mr Hausler & Ms Hausler’s care when the company is in Administration. Also is included an email sent to the RSPCA regarding signing over horses to the RSPCA. Also included in the text message sent to my Step Father stating “she has started the process to euthanise the horse named Primrose”. However the company is in External Administration.

Next bit of Corruption/Theft. Horses named GALAXIA along with 2 x 2yr olds by The Autumn Sun out of Fleet of Foot & Rebel Dane out of Lady Invincible have been given to a trainer Mr Harry O’Leary once again all owned by Luke Daniel Ryland. Along with 1 being gelding without authority to do so. Attached is confirmation that no trainers have been paid when in fact there is an External Administration in place to handle this. When in fact Bailey Racing Stables in Cairns contacted Mackay Goodwin with acknowledgment that they no longer represent Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd. However this information is not correct with ASIC. Rob Hickmott Stables & Declan Maher have also confirmed that they haven’t been paid either.

Today’s corruption exposure relates to horse named SITAR, which is in the stable of Ms Rachel Samsonenko at Stawell. Also horse Shalaa/Mambo Magic in the hands of Mr Juluis Sandhu.
SITAR was purchased by Mr Luke Daniel Ryland & raced by Ryland Thoroughbreds (L D Ryland). Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd is in External Administration yet ownership has been transferred to new owners without my signature. I do not have a Legally Registered Power of Attorney in Place so no one can legally do this unless it is Identity Theft. Racing Australia representative Ms Louise Livingstone & Racing has since refused to supply documentation to show who signed the transfer documents as the horse has not been through a public auction either. Racing Victoria’s Integrity Department have not responded to an email for a long long time.

As explained Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd is in External Administration. Grob Racing Invoices were made out to Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd even though the ownership group was Mr L Ryland, Mr Deng Deng, Mr M Richmond & Ms R Hausler. After the ownership was changed to M Grob, D Grob & G Webb I contacted Mr Richmond to see if he had signed any paperwork, to which he stated he has not.

More corruption to get out into the open!
So Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd & Blue Line Breds Pty Ltd were placed into External Administration in 2025. As per attached screenshots it clearly shows evidence to the fact that even the administration has been a scam to further support with the fact that trainers have not been paid. I asked Racing Victoria to attend the property due to a welfare of Animal concern. On attendance a horse was found to have a fractured/broken leg by the Racing Victoria Equine Welfare member Brooke & attending Registered & Racing Victoria Veterinarian. Upon there inspection of the Property my Step Father Jim was forwarded a list of horses that were present in the inspection attended by Racing Victoria & the Vet, however if you go through the list in attached screenshots along with a copy of a social media post from 2023 due to a horse being euthanised by Barwon Valley Equine Veterinarian & buried by Dave & myself on the neighbours property. So I’m wondering just how could all in attendance make the mistake of a horse being deceased for over 2 years possibly being alive for a full, correct & proper inspection in a welfare concern. Also in the screenshots provided you will notice a horse being signed over to the RSPCA that appears on the inspection list, however in another screenshot provided you will clearly see the response that all horses are in the care of the Administration.
So Racing Victoria, the RSPCA, the Veterinarian that attended I have emailed all of you numerous times regarding these issues with no response. I am the sole Director of Blue Line Breds Pty Ltd & the CEO, Public Official & a Director of Ryland Thoroughbreds Pty Ltd I am legally entitled to this information.

Absolutely heartbreaking, not the phone call I expected!!! 🫥.

Tony Mcnaughton I’m devastated, may you be at peace. Condolences to your whole family. We had so many wonderful cheeky memories whether it be at school, football, partying & even playing golf together. The world has most certainly lost a beautiful soul.

Please anyone who is going through hard times in whatever aspect of life please reach out to someone & talk. Please ask for help, even pick up the phone and call beyond blue, lifeline or a doctor to be able to talk to someone.

Anyone who knows Tony, would know his how much of a true gentleman he was. Thank you for being a part of my life & you will always be remembered as the fun loving, loyal friend that I always knew. On Saturday i will make sure Rebel Tuesday is carrying a Black Arm Band in your honour at Flemington.
