The Leopold Cricket Club gives notice of the Annual General Meeting.

Wednesday 8th of July 2026 at 8pm. This will be held at the Leopold Sporties in their Pavilion Room.

🦁 COACHING ANNOUNCEMENT 🦁

We're excited to announce that 2025/26 premiership winning co-coach Reece Plumridge will be stepping into the role of Head Coach for season 2026/2027.

Thank you Tom Treble who will be stepping down after coaching alongside Reece for the last two seasons. Together they both changed the culture and fortunes for the club bringing us a 1st XI Premiership for the first time in 30 years. Reece this season will take control of the group himself as we look to move into a new era for the club.

Congratulations Reece and let's go you POLDERS!

Massive thanks to Libby Coker MP and the Labor Government for all the incredible hard work being put into improving our Leopold home!

The Leopold Memorial Reserve upgrades are being delivered.

Backed by the Albanese Labor Government’s $3.25 million investment, the project is supporting better change rooms, upgraded toilets, a new netball training space, improved car parking, and so much more.

A major investment in the heart of Leopold — supporting local footy, cricket, netball, tennis, Scouts, RSL members and the wider community.

🦁 WELCOME ZAC MEVISSEN 🦁

We are absolutely thrilled tonight to announce the signing of Zac Mevissen to the Leopold Cricket Club!

Joining us from Alexander Thomson, Zac is an incredible cricketer and leader who will add so much to last seasons premiership winning side, we can't wait to see him in the red, green and gold. Handy with both bat and ball, Zac took 22 wickets to go along with 329 runs in our division last season.

Stay tuned Polders because there's more to come and more to get excited about for next season!

How about Joey Vallelonga from the weekend earning himself the Man of the Match Award in the Grand Final win!

Joey's impressive 88 from 224 balls was enough to steer the boys to an unbeaten 259 which resulted in a 111 run win.
