It is with great sadness and regret that I will be closing business down on a temporary basis, at least at the hall. Any and all classes will now be done in 1 of 3 ways.

1) house calls
2) park or beach training
3) online classes either live or done at your own pace

Online classes done at your own pace will be available soon, so stay tuned for that. Other wise all classes done at the hall is cancelled until further notice.

My sincerest apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused, however, due to unforeseen circumstances I had no choice but to shut the hall down. This page will still be in use
