At Insane Fitness, we’re all about change, creativity, and making every session exciting so kids love coming back week after week 💥
As an all-abilities gym, we focus on creating fun, engaging sessions where kids learn to share, work as a team, communicate, build confidence, thrive, and most importantly — have loads of fun 🙌
We’re excited to be trialling some new sessions this term, and spots are already filling fast!

🗓 Term Timetable
Monday 4:00pm – Ninja Kids (ages 5–12) filling fast!
Tuesday 4:00pm – Obstacle-Style Kids Training
Tuesday 5:15pm – Elite Kids & Teens (up to age 17)
Wednesday 4:00pm – Ninja Kids
Thursday 4:00pm – Ninja Kids
Thursday 5:15pm – Super-Fun Family Session (Tiny Tot Ninjas to adults — ages 3 to 90!)
