Gym Group is back.
This is a group aimed to increase young males engagement in mental health services, participants can be aged between 14-25 years old, a short screening to gather some information will be required. The group is free to participants, and some snacks and merch also available. We ask that you have appropriate gym gear at the ready and come with a training towel and water bottle.
In this group, we will train together under the guidance of a personal trainer, whilst a headspace clinician will debrief and provide some insights into how we may look out for our mental health.
