1. What do you love about MFL?
Community, connection and positive vibes. The mantra “come as you are” really underpins MFL. There is no fuss, no mirrors just a well done you turned up today! I’m so grateful to Carley who worked with me through PT to get me strong and confident enough to attend classes. I look forward to seeing my friends and awesome instructors every day.
2. What are your go to classes?
I love a variation of classes. Muscle up and strength and power to increase my overall strength and cardio fitness. I love Pilates, both mat and reformer for targeted core, pelvic floor and all over body work out. My favourite is yoga on Thursday mornings with Nat, this has improved my balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing.
3. What's your favourite workout banger?
Gonna Make You Sweat (Everybody Dance Now) - C&C Music Factory.
4. What is your job and how does MFL fit into your schedule?
I am in healthcare - Director of Nursing, Chief Midwife at a local health service.
I attend in the mornings before work, usually 6am classes. It helps me to feel energised and ready for the day ahead.
