An extra BIG shoutout to Samara J, who unfortunately injured her knee during her floor routine. Despite the setback, she showed incredible determination, finished her routine strong and still managed to take out 4th place! 👏🔥

A huge thank you to Olympian Emma Nedov for coming down to Gippsland and sharing her experience, expertise and wisdom with our regional WAG athletes! 💙🩵💛

Our athletes also had the opportunity to learn from sports dietitian Ash Keefe, gaining valuable insights into nutrition and fuelling their bodies for training and performance. 🥗💪

And a massive shoutout to Maffra Gymnastic Club for hosting such an incredible event. What an amazing opportunity for our country kids to learn from some incredible people and gain access to experiences that aren’t always available in regional areas! 🤩

We’re so grateful for opportunities like this that help our athletes grow both in and out of the gym!

Our athletes worked hard selling raffle tickets and managed to raise $971 which will go directly to sending our WAG 5 team to the National Clubs Carnival in Queensland!
