Great work to our senior WAG athletes who competed at the 2026 Maffra Gymnastics Club Charity Duo Competition 💜

🥈 Leni & Chelsea — 2nd Place Level 4 Duo
🥉 Samara & Annabelle — 3rd Place Level 5 Duo

🩵💛Everyone competed beautifully and showed outstanding teamwork throughout a day that threw a few curveballs their way. What a lovely annual competition to kick off the WAG season! 💪

Check out some highlights from our WAG practice competition today 💛🩵

Our WAG 3, 4 & 5 athletes tried out some new routines in the lead-up to the 2026 competition season. We are so proud of how our athletes performed today and excited to see how much they grow throughout the season!

2026 AGM – Sunday 3rd May

Our Annual General Meeting will follow our WAG Practice Competition this year.

Everyone is welcome to come along and support our WAG athletes during the competition. If you’re planning to attend only the AGM, we recommend arriving early in case the competition runs ahead of schedule.

Approximate schedule:
12:00 – General warm-up
12:20 – March on
12:30 – Competition commences
1:30 – Presentations & AGM
2:00 – Finish

✨ Meet Coach Arlie ✨

Arlie is one of our wonderful recreational coaches here at Leongatha Gymnastics Club, working closely with our junior gymnasts in the Yellow and Green programs 💛💚

As the youngest of the Houston sisters, Arlie has grown up around the gym and knows firsthand what it means to be part of the LGC family. She was previously a competitive gymnast right here at Leongatha Gymnastics Club!

Arlie brings great energy and enthusiasm to every class, helping our youngest gymnasts build confidence, skills, and a love for the sport 🤸‍♀️

We’re so lucky to have her on our coaching team!
