Sleep is the foundation of all mental health, physical health, and performance⁠
A few nights, even one night, poor sleep can really hinder all these aspects.⁠
Having a proper routine for sleep is vital. Mine is no food after 6 pm, two capsules of Sleep Formula, and a sq**rt of Reishi from at 8 pm, 30 minutes before I go to sleep.⁠
