FINAL WEEK of our challenge ladies! We are so so proud of your commitment to yourselves.

Some changes a few of you have noticed within yourselves over the past month:
🤍 More motivation and ease in everyday tasks
🤍 Less 3pm slumps
🤍 Better self-talk regarding body image but also capabilities in other areas of life
🤍 Stronger core minimising back pain

Our challenges are always such a beautiful reminder that moving your body consistently results in SO much more than physical changes.

Feeling a bit blah lately? It happens to the best of us. We understand how easy it is to lose motivation, especially after the excitement of the New Year starts to wear off. But here’s a gentle reminder: be kind to yourself during these times! If you’ve found yourself stepping away from your regular classes, why not start by dipping your toes back in with just one session per week? Our studio is a supportive and nurturing space where you’ll feel embraced and encouraged every step of the way. Remember, we’ve all experienced those low points before, and we’re here to help you rise above them 🤍

As February unfolds, we find ourselves bidding farewell to a cherished member of our team, Kezi. While we're sad to see her go, we're also brimming with excitement to witness the next chapter of her journey. Kezi has been an integral part of our community, and she will be deeply missed by us all. We extend our heartfelt wishes for her continued success and happiness in all her future endeavours 🤍
