Round 2 after we accidentally used the 5 week photo - because it still looked so damn good 😍

When came in for his Free Training Assessment he had already lost almost 20kg over the past 12 months which is an incredible effort.
Most of this had come from lifestyle changes in his diet and walking to work each day but he did not have much experience in the gym and was not seeing any recent progress.

Jake knew he needed more help but wasnt sure if he was to commit to PT. We gave him a comprehensive success plan for FREE and 8 weeks later he decided to come back and give PT a try.

After 10 weeks training with Peek Fitness Jake has lost another 7kg, 9cm from his waist and halved every number on our body fat pinch test.

He has added 20kg to his bench and can now do 3 Pull ups for the first time in his life.

Doing what you already know can only get you so far. Some times you need to step up and get more help to see the new you.

Jake is the polite, friendly, and quintessential Englishmen who enjoys his football, deadlifts and a healthy chat on all things fitness.

With 4 years experience running his own PT business in the UK he's settled in Sydney working with Peek Fitness for the past 12 months. When Patricia started she couldn't complete a full 45min session without feeling sick and fatigued. Our peek transformation this week goes to Lauren 💪🏽
We recently just hit the 5 month mark in this journey. Lauren had made major lifestyle changes on her own and lost 20+ kilos before seeking PT to help build muscle, strength and hit her goal weight

5 months on and Lauren has lost a further 5.3kgs, lost 4cm off her waist, 8.5cm down around the hips and down 3.5cm in her arms✅
We achieved her goals in regards to weight, and measurements but more importantly Lauren can lift heavier, move faster, and is now running again. Her mentality is stronger despite life curve balls the past 5 months she has persevered onwards, and now is establishing a lifestyle that includes exercise regularly.

Last Tuesday was a bitter sweet day, superstar client is moving to Melbourne after 9 months of blood (not really), sweat (really) and tears (occasionally!) Her transformation is one for the record books, in 9 months Deb lost 21kg, 15% body fat, 19cm from her waist, 7cm from her arms and a ridiculous 13cm from each thigh

Deb’s amazing success is due to her discipline, consistency and determination to hit her goals, even as they changed along the way. Before starting her training with us Deb had never really been in a gym before and by her last session she could do 10 pushup’s in row and could even bust out a few unassisted pullups

The photo’s speak for themselves. We wish Deb the best of luck pursuing her career down in Melbourne where she can always claim to be a Peek Fitness brand ambassador and fitness model.

PEEK 30 minute Saturday sweat sessions are BACK this weekend with a new time of 9.30am- this means we will be finished at 10am sharp so you can enjoy the rest of your weekend with family and friends. This is a great way to kickstart your weekend the right way if your anything like me I like to treat myself on the weekends so it is good to stay active and have balance.

We are fostering a small community here within Peek fitness at Anytime fitness Camperdown + Leichhardt so we go for coffee for those who want to join afterwards @ deus cafe at 10am. It's a nice feeling to recognise friendly faces at the gym and MAYBE you might find an epic gym buddy ;)

The classes are suitable for ALL fitness levels I will provide options/scales for the movements to accomodate for injuries and varying levels of fitness- no need to be scared of the word "high intensity" you work as hard as you want/can push yourself.

Please note class sizes are limited to 10-12 per session with spots filling fast- please message me to reserve your spot or to put you on the waiting list if someone is unable to make it. I look forward to seeing you there and even more so the coffee after.

When Brydon came to see us he had already decided it was time for a lifestyle change but he wasn’t sure how to maximise his efforts.

Over the course of the past 5 months we brought Brydon up to speed on the most effective ways to train and get results. As always, consistency with his food and filling and his food diary every week have been integral to his success You don’t need to be a saint, but if there enough consistent habits success is much easier to attain.

Introducing our Newest member to the Peek crew- Colin.

Colin has extensive experience in coaching and personal training, whilst studying for his Exercise Sport Science Degree. Colin combined theory with practical during his studies.

He has 5 years experience coaching swimming athletes using an evidence based approach to his programming. He has a passion to up-skill, learn and continue his education which is evident in his focus on strength and conditioning, level 3 & 4 fitness diploma, his Level 1 Power Lifting Coaching Certificate and Poliquin International Certificate (PICP) 1 + 2.

He loves to program for individual needs and goals using his wealth of knowledge and skill to help clients better themselves and improve their health.

Random facts:
Colin loves throwing a loaded barbell at pace- also known as powerlifting. Loves Korean BBQ, Travelling and of course all Peek members LOVE their coffee!

PEEK HIIT classes are BACK!
Every Saturday our trainer Lily will be running a sweaty Saturday session. If you are getting bored, hitting a wall or want to meet other like minded people and get a work out in then this is the perfect little peek session to spice your week training program up.

It's a 30minute circuit class- All levels are welcome and intensity will be scaled relative to EACH individual. It will be fun, partner work outs and of course COFFEE (and food let's be honest) after @ Deus (directly across the road) if you don't need to leave straight away.

Spaces are limited to 10- We only have 2 spots left for this weekend! So if you and a friend want to join please call/text Lily ASAP to secure your spot otherwise secure your spot for next weekend- (you must be a member of anytime fitness to participate)

Introducing one of our new Peek Trainers- Lily Allen (no, she can't sing).

Lily, Originally from New Zealand completed her Bachelors in Sport and Exercise Science in 2014, She completed her level 3 & 4 personal training certificate with a focus on strength and conditioning. Lily has a love for all things barbells, heavy lifting and functional movements- making sure you are moving correctly- healthily and safely once this is achieved consistently Lily believes that intensity is the key where results are hard earned. Intensity is relative for every individual whether its a 50 year old client or a 24 year old bouncy client- intensity has a purpose and is results driven.

Random facts:
Lily lived in Thailand for 1.5 years (2016/2017) where she volunteered in anti-human trafficking; here she was able to use fitness as a tool and vehicle for health and wellness for the women. Lily has 6 months experience in crossfit coaching and teaching weightlifting. She loves GOOD (campos) coffee, books, barbells, and community.

If you see Lily and have any good coffee/book recommendations don't be shy to give her the 411 on Sydney living as she is still to new to the area.
