Round 2 after we accidentally used the 5 week photo - because it still looked so damn good 😍
When came in for his Free Training Assessment he had already lost almost 20kg over the past 12 months which is an incredible effort.
Most of this had come from lifestyle changes in his diet and walking to work each day but he did not have much experience in the gym and was not seeing any recent progress.
Jake knew he needed more help but wasnt sure if he was to commit to PT. We gave him a comprehensive success plan for FREE and 8 weeks later he decided to come back and give PT a try.
After 10 weeks training with Peek Fitness Jake has lost another 7kg, 9cm from his waist and halved every number on our body fat pinch test.
He has added 20kg to his bench and can now do 3 Pull ups for the first time in his life.
Doing what you already know can only get you so far. Some times you need to step up and get more help to see the new you.
