Lawson parkrun is a FREE weekly timed 5km event for runners of all standards, which takes place every Saturday at 8am at Lawson, NSW, Australia. PLEASE PARK ON ST BERNARDS DRIVE NOT EVAN OR PARK ROAD LETS KEEP PARKRUN GREAT FOR EVERYONE IN THE COMMUNITY

Lawson parkrun is FREE and open to people of all standards and ages, both as volunteers and as runners / walkers. We encourage people of every ab

ility to take part, from those taking their first steps in running to Olympians, from juniors 5 years or older to those with decades of experience. All runners receive encouragement and enjoy being part of a community event open to all standards. Equally, our volunteer teams come from a huge variety of backgrounds and we urge everybody to get involved in organising their local events at least 3 times per year.

This week 105 fabulous people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 15 were first timers and 13 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 13 different clubs took part.

Lawson parkrun started on 3rd January 2015. Since then 9,591 participants have completed 50,380 parkruns covering a total distance of 251,900 km, including 6,783 new Personal Bests. A total of 851 individuals have volunteered 5,855 times. FANTASTIC !!

This week 133 adventurous people ran, jogged and walked the course, of whom 29 were first timers and 16 recorded new Personal Bests. Representatives of 10 different clubs took part.
