Online Meditation Library ✨

At Flow State Yoga, one of our core ethos is to make the practice of Yoga accessible to everyone - wherever you are, whatever your experience, and whatever your life looks like.

And while we often think of Yoga as the physical practice, there is so much more to it. Meditation is a fundamental part of Yoga, offering us the opportunity to pause, reconnect, quieten the mind and simply be. 🌿

So, we’ve decided to make our online meditation library completely FREE and open to the community. ✨

You’ll find a collection of pre-recorded guided meditations that you can listen to anytime, anywhere - whether you have five minutes between meetings, need some grounding before bed, or simply want to create a little more stillness in your day.

And the library will be updated monthly with new meditations, so there will always be something fresh to return to. 🕊️

✨ NEW CLASS: EMBODIED AWARENESS ✨

We’re so excited to welcome a beautiful new offering to the Flow State Yoga schedule. 🤍

Embodied Awareness is a form of somatic movement education that invites you to slow right down, tune in, and reconnect with your body from the inside out.

Through gentle, slow micro-movements called pandiculations, we explore ways to release and re-educate chronic tension patterns in the body, while expanding our awareness of our soma — the living process of the mind-body nervous system.

Practices take place mostly on the floor and are slow, subtle and deeply embodied. This isn’t about pushing, stretching or achieving a particular shape — it’s about sensing, listening and developing a more intimate relationship with your own body. 🌿

Meet Alex from Alex Nicholls | FBR Breathwork Practitioner 🫁 🤍

This morning I had the pleasure of experiencing a beautiful FBR Breathwork session with Alex. As you can probably tell by my puffy face, it was emotional, confronting, deeply liberating, and so incredibly healing. I felt held with such warmth, compassion, and genuine care throughout the entire journey.

Breath has an incredible way of gently guiding us back to ourselves, helping us release what we’ve been carrying and reconnect with what matters most.

We’re so excited to welcome Alex to Flow State Yoga Blue Mountains, where she’ll be holding FBR Breathwork circles every Sunday throughout August.
