Outdoor Fix are recruiting for positions for Term 4 2023 and beyond! With a high demand and many amazing programs already booked in, we are on the lookout for casual activity instructors/group leaders who are looking for some great experience in a moxture of workplaces. We partner with a growing number of different centre-based, expedition-based companies & schools in and around the Sydney and Blue Mountains regions, Southern Highlands, Central Coast, Illawarra and expanding further across NSW

Our staff are employed under the fitness industry award at a level 3A for candidates holding a Certificate III in Outdoor Recreation/Outdoor Leadership or relevant industry experience and level 4A for a Certificate IV.

Base Rates:
Level 3A : $33 P/H + Allowances + Super
Level 4A: $36 P/H + Allowances + Super

We value a good, honest and approachable character with a professional attitude, a people person with a flexible approach to work, someone who is adaptable and can think on the go and who has the willingness to learn and grow as a leader.

With a high demand and many amazing programs already booked in, we are on the lookout for casual activity instructors/group leaders who are looking for some great experience in diverse workplaces. We partner with a growing number of different centre-based and expedition-based companies in and around the Sydney and Blue Mountains regions, the Southern Highlands, Central Coast, Illawarra and beyond!

A position with us would be ideal for someone looking to pickup some in-between programs and someone who might be after some flexible work in various workplaces. Candidates with diverse experiences, people looking to supplement some outdoor-based work with their regular careers and those travelling around and on the move are encouraged to apply!

Outdoor Fix have been in operation since the start of 2022. We are a new company, based in Western Sydney and the Blue Mountains and are growing to service many various providers in NSW through mostly a labour-hire basis in outdoor education/recreation as well as offering consultancy services particularly for those smaller or less established venues who are building towards being a go-to place for school camps and outdoor adventure programs.

Our staff are employed under the fitness industry award at a level 3A for candidates holding a Certificate III in Outdoor Recreation/Outdoor Leadership and level 4A for a Certificate IV in Outdoor Recreation/Outdoor Leadership. Whilst we are just getting started, we are growing strongly and are anticipating a consistent increase in demand for our services over the next few years.

We are a new company, based in Glenorie and are growing to service many various providers in NSW through mostly a labour-hire basis in outdoor education/recreation as well as offering consultancy services particularly for those smaller or less established venues who are building towards being a go-to place for school camps and outdoor adventure programs.

We've been quiet on the socials lately, however we've been busy putting the pieces together behind the scenes, but today, is a great day!

Today we are so excited to have officially kicked-off Outdoor Fix and are facilitating our first program as a new company at the beautiful Stay KCC in Katoomba! 😁 It's all smiles and adventure over the next two days with students from Mt Victoria Public School.

Oh how good it feels to be back! ☀️🏕🦘
