Physical Culture, or "physie" as we all call it, is an exercise dance program designed for girls and ladies of all ages. It is a fun way to develop core strength, flexibility and great body posture. Each age group has a programmed dance syllabus that includes aerobic style warm-ups, standing and floor exercises and dances that are based on ballet and jazz movement. Physie is a great low-cost dance

form that keeps girls and ladies entertained all year round. Physie is a great way to gain confidence and meet new friends...but best of all Physie is FUN!!!
