Founded in 2010, the Lawnton Swim Club will be one of Australia's best Swim Clubs. Club nights run every Wednesday night during school terms 4&1 each year starting at 5:45pm at Lawnton Aquatic Centre. For club nights your child has to be able to swim at least 12.5m of freestyle unaided. We will have our senior swimmers in the pool to cheer them on and be there as a confidence booster if requested

but swimming unaided is needed. As well as club nights kids within the club have opportunities to attend swim meets to compete against other clubs, better their times and have fun in a team environment as well as qualify for higher competitive swim meets such as states and nationals once they reach these levels. Lawnton is a fully inclusive club of all ages, levels and abilities and would always love to see new smiling faces.

Lawnton Swim Club has absolutely smashed it out of the pool at our first swim meet of the season! 💙💛🏊‍♀️

We had swimmers in 83 individual events, with an incredible 32 personal best times achieved! 💥 Many of our kids also took on events they’d never swum before — such an awesome effort from everyone. 👏

Our team brought home a total of 14 Gold 🥇, 20 Silver 🥈 and 18 Bronze 🥉 medals, which means we medaled in an amazing 63% of our races! How good is that?! 🙌

A huge shoutout to Elliot, Vida, Gabriel, Leo, Ari, James, Jamison and Cleo, who all medaled in every race they swam. 🌟
And a special mention to Ari, who went 5 from 5 — five medals and five PBs! What an incredible achievement! 🔥

There were so many other brilliant swims and PBs across the day — we’re so proud of every single one of our swimmers. 💙

A big thank you to Dayboro Swim Club for hosting such an awesome meet — we can’t wait to do it all again when we head to Samford Swim Club on November 29! 🏊‍♂️💪
