Looking for an easy, no-bake snack thatโ€™s sweet, fruity, and perfect for lunchboxes or afternoon snacks? These mango bliss balls are a hit!

๐™„๐™ฃ๐™œ๐™ง๐™š๐™™๐™ž๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™จ
โ€ข 120g tub diced mangoes in juice (can use mango puree instead)
โ€ข 4 Weet-Bix, crumbled
โ€ข 2 tbsp white chia seeds
โ€ข ยฝ cup desiccated coconut
โ€ข ยฝ cup finely chopped dried mango
โ€ข 2 tsp honey

1๏ธโƒฃ Drain the diced mango, reserving the juice.
Add Weet-Bix, diced mango, chia seeds and โ…“ cup coconut to a food processor. Process until almost smooth.
Add dried mango, honey and 1 tbsp reserved mango juice. Pulse until just combined (add a little more juice if needed).

2๏ธโƒฃ Place remaining coconut in a bowl. Using damp hands, roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into balls and coat in coconut.

โœจ Serve straight away or store in the fridge for a quick grab-and-go snack!
