Styles Health PTY LTD is run by owner operator Jonathon Styles, a passionate and no nonsesne fitness professional. After more than a decade in the industry I’ve developed an exercise solution that dispenses with the drawbacks and blends the best of both personal training and group fitness classes into one highly effective option designed to suit the majority… SUPERVISED WORKOUTS. These will involv

e 30 minute sessions, of up to six participants, with the primary focus of performing the maximum amount of work with the best technique possible to achieve unrivalled results. The trainer will detail the program and provide technique instruction but you need to take responsibility for the intensity of your own workout. Every session is designed to push your limits and if you train with purpose, focus and passion then you will be rewarded accordingly. The whole point of training is progression and I want to see it! If it’s getting over an injury, building strength, preparing for your chosen sport or getting in shape, I want to see you change! Pricing.
- A flat rate of $18.00 for all session.
- There are no lock in contracts or memberships.
- You can either can pay as you go, or you have the option to pay in advance for as many sessions as you like.

Make the most of the afternoon sun and head outside for 30mins of cardio. Bike, run, walk, skipping... it's up to you. Then as soon as you return home, complete the following ab routine.

2mins plank (pausing clock every time you drop)
25 Leg raises
25 Sit-ups
1min right side plank
1min left side plank
25 Leg raises
25 Sit-ups
2mins plank (pausing clock every time you drop)

If you can do the whole routine without resting I guarantee you'll have a six pack at the end. 👌

That may or may not be a lie.

Ps. Don’t be afraid to start with weights if you have them and push-ups if you can do them (you can always revert to the easier option if it gets too tough). Good Luck 💪
