Unpopular opinion: winter is actually the best time to train. ❄️
Hear us out.
When it’s cold your body works harder to maintain its temperature - which means your metabolism is already running hotter before you’ve touched a barbell. Strength and muscle gains are also easier to hold onto in cooler months because your body isn’t fighting heat stress.
But honestly? The biggest reason is this.
The people who train through winter are the ones who show up in spring already ahead. While everyone else is starting from scratch in September, you’ve got four months of consistency behind you.
Habits built in the hard months are the ones that actually stick.
So if you’ve been on the fence - the cold isn’t a reason to wait. It’s a reason to start.
