We are loving seeing everyone jump on board for the 2026–27 season. We have already got over 40 families registered and ready to go and the excitement is building.

Our season kicks off on 14 October with Trial Night and our first Club Competition Night running together. Arrive at 4.30, events start at 5.00, and we finish with a snag and time with friends.

Returning athletes need to be registered by 7 October so they can pick up their rego pack on 11 October at Club North Haven and be ready for the big night on 14 October.

If your little one is looking for a welcoming, active place to be this season, we would love to have you join our CHLA family.

📢 ATTENTION – DATE CHANGE! 📢

Our 2026/2027 season kick-off dates have changed, please take note! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

The season now starts Wednesday 14th October, with our first club comp night doubling as our trial night this year.

📋 Returning athletes: registrations must be completed by 7th October so you can collect your rego pack on 11th October ahead of the big night.

New to Little Athletics? Come try it out on 14th October!

A number of our CHLA athletes have represented their local schools at the North Coast Primary Athletics Championships this week, with some great personal bests and strong results along the way.

We're thrilled to see them all trying their best and showing the great techniques and sportsmanship they've developed at our club nights.

We also wish our athletes heading off to Polding Athletics all the best, after representing the Hastings Zone at Diocesan Athletics.

Congratulations to the athletes who have already competed, and good luck to those still to compete!

Camden Haven Little Athletics is friendship.

We're loving seeing everyone jump on board for the 2026-27 season, we've already got over 30 families registered and ready to go!

Honestly, Little Athletics is about so much more than running, jumping and throwing. It's the friendships the kids make along the way, the encouragement they give each other, and the fun of Wednesday nights together as a club.

Hey CHLA families!

Good news, we've got uniform stock available right now! So if you haven't sorted yours yet, now's a great time to jump on it before the season kicks off.

Just a reminder that all our athletes, including our littlest tots, need to be in club uniform on Wednesday nights and at Championship events. You can go with the club singlet ($39), club shirt ($45), or club crop ($39), paired with plain black shorts or bike pants (above the knee). Black compression gear is fine to wear underneath too.

One thing to keep in mind, shoes are a must while competing, no bare feet please! And spikes are only for our 11s and up.

September is just around the corner, which means Little A’s is nearly back!

Our Come & Try Night + first comp night is happening on the 23rd September.

It’s a 4.30pm start but come down a little earlier so we can get everyone organised and kick things off as soon as possible.

Come ready to run, jump, throw and have a bit of fun. We can’t wait to see everyone back at the track! 🏃‍♀️

Important update: If you'll be doing any parent duties that require a Working with Children Check (WWCC), you must register as a Parent Helper on Rev Sport.

Roles that require a WWCC: Age Manager, Assistant Age Manager, Starter, Coaches & Committee, Finish Line Marshall, Canteen Assistant.

How to register: Head to our registration page (link below), enter your name and DOB, and the registration form will open up.

👉 We're also looking for Age Managers. No experience needed, and we love pairing an experienced parent with someone new! It's a great way to be involved and watch your own child in action.

❤️🤍 WANT TO BE PART OF THE TEAM? 🤍❤️

We're looking for Age Managers for the 2026/2027 season!

Age Managers play a huge part in making Wednesday nights fun, organised and welcoming for our athletes. You'll help guide your age group between events, encourage the kids, help new families settle in and cheer them on along the way.

No experience needed! We'll provide plenty of support, and where possible we're looking for two Age Managers per age group, so the role can be shared.

If you'd love to get more involved and help make this season a great one for our kids, we'd love to hear from you!
