Bhramari pranayama, sometimes referred to as bumblebee breath or humming bee breath, is a brilliant tool for regulating the body and mind.

Take a slow, full and deep breath in the nose, and then exhale while making a resonant humming sound for the duration of the breath out, like a buzzing bee.

Even three rounds is enough to reset the vibration of the body, activating the vagus nerve and letting our nervous system know we are safe and can soften our defenses.

There comes a moment when your heart quietly whispers...

It's time.

Heart Resonance was created for the woman who's ready to slow down, reconnect, and allow herself to be deeply cared for.

Three days of movement, meditation, nourishing food, ocean sunrises, sauna sessions, meaningful conversation and space to simply be.

Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen so that, for one beautiful weekend, you don't have to think about a thing.

If your heart has been gently nudging you towards this... perhaps it's time to listen.
We'd love to welcome you.

“Liberation—also referred as mukti, kaivalya, or moksha—is thus the aim of yoga. The paths to this elusive, aspirational, and emancipated state may vary, but the teachings acknowledge a deep yearning within to expand our awareness of how we can free ourselves from our identification with the ever-changing material realm. The practices delve into how we can find release from physical-emotional-mental and spiritual suffering, to know and be in our truest essence. Yoga is a revelation of our primordial nature, which is beyond the limitations of individual mind-ego and sociocultural conditioning.

Although most of us in the contemporary world may not have the focus of gaining salvation as people did in bygone times (who can pursue moksha while navigating capitalism?), most of us are seeking to reduce and transcend dukka, our suffering, in some way. We long to be happy, to be healthy, to gain clarity of purpose and meaning in our everyday lives.

We long to belong.

Faith anchors us in the wild currents of a world that is increasingly challenging, violent, and complex. Most of us are engaged in the world, filled with the messiness of relationships and transactions. There is a yearning to find our ways out of intertwined oppressive systems that are desecrating the earth and dehumanizing each other in every way. Many of us are seeking a radical reimagination of the world we live in.”

Got Friday night plans, yogis? 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑

This beautiful light being is treating us to a delicious Full Moon Flow as we honour the first day of May (and a transition through a potent Full Flower Moon in Scorpio).

The session—

‘More yin than yang, as we move fluidly through a moving meditation.

Soft, circular, breath-led —
a space to slow down, turn inward, coming home to yourself. ✨

We honour the Lunar cycle. Time to rattle the bones and shift what is stagnant. A poignant time for release and renewal, moving forward with clarity and confidence’

A taster for the yin cocoon offering coming later May 16th led by Jess & Pam.

**this Friday night session is a sliding scale offering. Pay what you can, $5-$35 🍂🪷
