Ever wondered what a career in venue operations looks like?

Year 10 students from Queechy High School found out firsthand during their Work Inspiration Program visit to UTAS Stadium.

From event setup to game-day operations, our team gave these future professionals a behind-the-scenes look at the world of venues, hospitality, and events. Their curiosity and enthusiasm reminded us why we love what we do.

There's some important information you need to know about tonight's game.

A road closure will be in place on the southbound lanes of Invermay Road from Forster Street to McGrath Way from 5:00pm.

A detour will be in place along Holbrook Street during the closure.
Once all patrons are within the venue, the total road closure will be removed and a single lane closure will remain outside the venue from Forster Street to McGrath Way, with the speed limit reduced to 40km/h during this time.

Traffic management will be removed when patrons have safely left the venue. The northbound lanes of Invermay Road will not be impacted.

Catch up on the changes to traffic around University of Tasmania Stadium for Saturday's game.

A road closure will be in place on the southbound lanes of Invermay Road from Forster Street to McGrath Way from 10:15am. A detour will be in place along Holbrook Street during the closure.
