Things are changing at Build Your Own Body Australia! As winter is upon us, we are putting a halt to our sessions in both Launceston and Scottsdale and Amy is moving to the Gold Coast to study a Doctor of Physiotherapy. This will further our scope and allow us to bring even more to the table! But keep your eyes peeled as we move into our next exciting stage! 💪🏼🤗

Session times for over the Easter long weekend are:
• Thursday 29th (today) - Session at Royal part 6:30
• Friday 30th - No Scottsdale session
• Monday 2nd April - No Launceston session
