TO WIN YOU REALLY HAVE TO BE PREPARED TO FAIL FIRST.....
(So much went wrong on this squat even the bailout 😅)
Now don't take that opening statement out of context.. I definitely haven't won much in the scheme of life, but what I can say is this!!
I truly believe when it comes to your training if you have not actually failed under a Squat or failed a Deadlift or had the bar land on your chest during a Bench Press then you are really not training at your full capacity.
The idea of this may worry you a little but once its happened you will realize that the weight that stressed the life out of you is actually way more weight than you expected!!
Remember Squat racks have safety bars for a reason it's to keep you safe, you can also bench press in a Squat rack if you feel unsafe so again the safety bars will be there for you!!
Get under that bar and test yourself, you may well surprise yourself into lifting more weight for reps than you thought!! Don't underestimate FEAR!!
