Our prestigious Ducky Awards have been swum and won 🦆🦆🦆 Thanks to everyone who joined us for a short swim🏊and a long coffee☕ this morning.

Ironman World Champs in Kona, Hawaii, ticked off the bucket list👏👏👏

To say we are proud of you is an understatement!!! Pure grit, heart, determination, hard work, blood, sweat and tears is what it takes to get to the start line of an Ironman, (not to mention Kona), and Katherine has all these and more.
