VIC STATE BALLET AUDITION YOUTH
We are excited for our Annual Tour to beautiful Tasmania in June, performing Aladdin. We are holding auditions for youth roles within the production in Launceston on Friday 29th May 2026.
Details are: 4pm at the KRSD Performing Arts
Ages are - 10 to 12 years - Juniors,
13 to 14 years - Intermediate
15 to 18 years - Senior/Advanced. Registrations for Juniors and Intermediates at 3.45pm, for Seniors at 4.30pm.
Good basic ballet technique is required in each level for male and female.
Seniors are to bring their pointe shoes if they are training and performing on pointe. The Performance is on Friday 26th June at the Albert Hall, Launceston. Successful auditionees need to stay after the auditions to learn choreography from 6pm to 8.30pm.
All auditionees are to wear proper ballet attire for the audition class with hair neatly in a bun for females.
The auditions will take place at the
KRSD PERFORMING ARTS , 89-91 Meredith Crescent , South Launceston Tasmania 7249
